Centennial Park HOA services
- Manage CPHOA common areas
- Maintain shared land, entrance plantings, pond fountain
- Maintain liability insurance for public spaces owned by CPHOA
- Maintain shared water management systems per WCWRC requirements
- Maintain CPHOA common area sidewalks (Note: applies ONLY to segments that are common area spaces - not adjacent residential lot spaces, which are the lot owner's responsibility)
- Snow removal
- Repairing broken or uneven concrete
- Removing tree branches <7-foot above sidewalk surface
- Coordinating reviews of fences, pools, structures per Centennial Park Declarations & Bylaws
- License plate recording at entrance from https://www.flocksafety.com (available to Pittsfield police)
